All orders are shipped via UPS. The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and the weight and dimensions of the items purchased.

Order Processing Time

We require 5-10 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment. This processing time is in addition to the shipping time. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, UPS will provide an estimated delivery time. Shipping times vary based on the destination and UPS’s shipping schedule. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been accepted into the UPS system, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping address and the weight and dimensions of the items purchased. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Issues

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasions when delays occur due to factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather or shipping carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at ray@fenceeasier.com, and we will work with UPS to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. Fence Easier is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at ray@fenceeasier.com. We will do our best to assist you, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment at ray@fenceeasier.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time, Fence Easier ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
